It’s getting cooler outside in some parts of the world and you may want to reach for those leggings or your favorite stretch jeans. But how about reaching for those boyfriend jeans and let those favorites take a backseat! To style “Boyfriend jeans” can be a little challenging and intimidating. They can be baggy, ill-fitting, and downright unflattering on the body.
However, there is a flip side to this. Boyfriend jeans can be:

Fear not! I have come up with 5 easy ways to style a pair of boyfriend jeans. What’s nice, you probably own most of these basics in your wardrobe just add them to boyfriend jeans and Voila! Instant magic. So enough talking let’s get into it.
1. Wear them with a blazer and flats. This look is more structured and tailored with the blazer, but the jeans add that comfortable, but still put together vibe. Great outfit to grab some coffee or lunch with friends.

2. Wear with a striped shirt. As you guys remember from my previous blog “stripes are a girl’s best friend”(if you need to check it out the link is here). Striped shirts are classic and when you pair them with boyfriend jeans you have a beautiful marriage!! They give you classic and comfortable look. I paired this outfit with a bandanna choker, which I was inspired by Chicnaturalista (their blog is amazing) to tie in the choker trend. Easy and chic.

3. Wear them with heels and a simple tee. You all know I am all about simplicity and basics, this can’t get any simpler than that. Very classic and chic look. Pair with any of your favorite heels and statement necklaces and you will make a statement!

4. Pair them with a stylish sweatshirt. So this is my other favorite look because again I love how comfortable this look is. I styled it with a leopard print sweater(in love with this print) and a loose fitting boyfriend jean. Adding the heels with the sweater makes the outfit incredibly chic.

5. Wear them with ankle boots. This is one of my favorite looks because I am a bit obsessed with boots anything!!! For this look, I wore a more fitted boyfriend jean to balance the long vest. For women who are shorter, wearing a boot with height or heels will elongate your legs and adds height to the outfit.
