Off the Shoulder Blouse

 I hope you had a wonderful Labor day weekend. Enjoyed the beach and beautiful weather and now back to reality! It appears off the shoulder blouses and dresses are everywhere I look on the web!! I mean why shouldn’t it be. It accentuates your shoulders and collar bones and gives a subtle edge to your outfit. I was in H&M about a month ago and saw this white off the shoulder blouse on the rack and there was no way I could walk out of the store without it.

I decided to go with white because it’s a neutral and I love wearing white for summer. The blouse is long and very flowy, comfortable, and forgiving around the midsection. This is an outfit you could easily wear to a cookout or a weekend outfit!! I guess I am breaking the rules wearing white after Labor Day!! I do not believe in rules, as long as you can slay your outfit and put your personal touch on it nothing else matters. To add balance to the outfit, I paired it with boyfriend shorts.

I recently snagged these sunglasses from Charming Charlie’s on sale! I love a good sale! Charming Charlie’s is the mothership of accessory stores and what’s nice is everything is color coordinated. This make it easier to navigate the store. They sell a variety of purses, jewelry, shoes and clothing.

The blouse paired with the white sunglasses gives an effortless look and to break up the white, I wore cognac wedges and one of my favorite clutches.
