Hi, ladies!! Hope you guys are doing well!! Valentine’s Day is right around the corner!! So that means hubby or boyfriend could surprise you with a night out or dinner date!! Any ideas on what you are going to wear? 

I decided to share 3 Valentine’s day outfits featuring the color red!!! Red has been the “it” color this season and it continues to maintain it’s popularity for Valentines Day. Red is bold, emits intensity, and demands attention. On a special day like this one, who wouldn’t want to embody or capture that in an outfit? So here are some great outfit ideas on how to incorporate red into your Valentine’s day outfit! 

Valentine’s Day outfit#1 Red with a twist

Nothing says Valentine’s than the color red and when you mix in leopard print, you get a sizzling combination!! Can we talk about the all the wonderful details in this blouse!! I love the tie detail near the neck and the the slits up and down both arms, showing just enough skin but not too much!! Leaves room for the imagination!! This is another great find in Kohls in their Jennifer Lopez collection.

Valentine’s Day outfit #2: Red dress For this special Valentine’s day dinner opt for a slightly clingy, but flattering dress that hugs you in all the right places!!! Depending on your dinner reservations you can a choose a dress that is more casual or dressed up!! I have styled this dress in another post here.

Valentine’s Day outfit #3: Choose a pair of red pants If you want a more casual vibe choose a pair of red jeans. Pair with some dressy heels or nice ballet flats. Choose a nice blouse with a soft texture or clingy. Again it all depends on the vibe of your evening and the Valentine’s day destination location.

Style tip: Polka dots are going to make a big splash on the fashion circuit this spring and summer. It’s one of my favorite prints because of it’s classic and timeless nature. Try incorporating it into your wardrobe!
